Jazz is an all-round accomplished percussionist, and performer from the Gambia, playing Saba drums, congas, bass drums, Djembe, bukarabus, singing and dancing. Jazz was playing drums as a young boy, leading his own band at the age of 9 and touring Norway before bringing his enthusiasm and irrepressible spirit to the band Yiri Baa, in the UK. Jazz also plays freelance with the London based band, Sabari, and others touring the UK.
